Sometimes the most meaningful thing you can do for someone is offer them a moment of stillness. Reiki sessions and tarot readings make genuinely thoughtful gifts for the person in your life who carries a lot.

Do I need to have experience with Reiki to schedule a session?

Not at all. Most clients come in with no prior experience. A session is quiet, hands-on, and deeply restorative. If you are new to it, I am happy to walk you through what to expect before we begin. You can also read more on the Reiki Sessions page.

How do distant sessions work?

Distant sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. We connect by phone or Zoom, you settle into a comfortable space at home, and I guide you through the process from there. Email eReadings are also available if you prefer a written format. See the Reiki Sessions page for full details.

I’m interested in Reiki training. Where do I start?

Reiki Level I is the place to begin. It’s a one-day, in-person class limited to 6 students. You will leave with your 4 initiations complete and a daily self-healing practice that is yours for the rest of your life. Visit the Reiki Level I page to see upcoming dates and register.

How far in advance do I need to book?

I recommend reaching out a week or more ahead to get your preferred date and time. That said, if you need something sooner, always worth asking. I will do my best to accommodate you.

Do you offer sessions via Zoom?

Yes. Zoom, phone, and in-person sessions are all available. I work with clients throughout the US and internationally via distant sessions. If travel is not an option, distant works beautifully.
